Other[edit | edit source]
Joseon Central Television decided to broadcast the semi-finals and the final of the contest as a sign of dialog between Daehan and Joseon. Unlike the previous year it took part (2012) the country is not participating in the contest, and it could take part in the 2019 edition. Following the conference held on April 27th, the SBU announced that it might take part if the country's own GSM operator, JoseonLink, opens itself by establishing a direct link between Manchuria and Daehan, passing through Joseon.
