Eko TV (Echo TV) is a Karazhunian commercial television channel owned by Eko Media Group. Until 2019 it was linked to the government-funded Eko e Karažunës. Eko TV broadcasts to the entirety of the Federation of Karazhunia, and claims to have an audience of 1.4 million viewers, acounting to 35% to 40% of the Karazhunian population, surpassing the three state channels and RTL Karažun.

Eko TV began operating in Binerbikace on October 1, 1992, the federal capital, as Karazhunia was still experiencing a transition from state capitalism towards a democratic state, nevertheless it was linked to a government-backed newspaper, Eko e Karažunës, and became the fourth television channel to operate in the country.
