Wangjia propaganda machine seeks for world domination[edit | edit source]

Despite an ever decreasing number of people living in Porowon, the Wangjia propaganda machine has made Channel News Porowon an international channel, taking the advantage of the coronavirus pandemic to spread lies about the situation. The invasion of Kotaro failed its goal, but a new invasion, taking place in other parts of the world, might cause a bit of a stir. Currently there are no reports about where will Porowon start a new international invasion. Despite the ban on violent content, intermissions on Porowonian TV depict their people as being violent and against every other country of the world, including heavy violent themes that television wouldn't allow there today. Regarding the pandemic, so far only two cases have been reported, but some high-ranking officials form other countries believe that there are more. Source: SBS

Kotaro files for bankruptcy protection[edit | edit source]

The federal government of Great Scorria has successfully filed the city of Kotaro, capital of the homonymous state, for bankruptcy protection, after amassing debts estimated at GS$110 million. Instability arose in Kotaro following the Porowon-led shootings, including crime and rising poverty, as well as a westward purge that affected Muslims and former Porowonians. A planned memorial for the first anniversary of the massacre was cancelled in November due to lack of budget, this was before the pandemic hit Great Scorria. Source: TVGS
