Channel 12 (Botojan Islands)
Botovision Channel 12 is a nationwide terrestrial television channel in the Botojan Islands owned by Botovision, Inc, a company of the Valley Peters family. It broadcasts from a main transmitter atop The Clouds, a major broadcast television site for the East Botojan area.
Botivision was founded in 1993 and signed on the air December 11, 1994 by Mark Valley. Valley had a television license as far back as 1960, on channel 3, which was never built due to the small size of the Botojani television market (which at the time had two channels). Initial programming included Power Rangers, X-Men and Hopelandian soap operas. In the middle of 1995, the station's news operation, News 12, began.
The channel has been operating under losses since 2007 and 2008.
