Caima Cable TV (鏡茂有線電視) is the only legalized pay television operator in Caima.
It got its license in 1999 and began operations in 2000. As of now, it broadcasts 158 channels.

Caima Cable TV was set up as a consequence of the transfer of sovereignty of Caima. Real Telecom (now Realcom) won a license for a subscription television platform on April 22, 1999, alongside Kaizhungese shareholders.
