The Sierravision Song Contest (Spanish: Festival Sierravisión de la Canción), formerly the OTS Festival, is a competitive music festival organized by the Sierran Telecommunications Organization. In 2011 it joined the ranks of the Big Three (as it was known back then) festivals.

The festival is a Sierran spin-off of the Eurectivision Song Contest, even though the OTS based it on the World Latin Song Festival. Initially the festival was known for its lack of money and questionable voting system, partly because the contest was non-competitive until 1979. In 2004, the festival was oficially renamed Sierravision Song Contest, even though the OTS doesn't have anything else using the Sierravision name.

The festival has always been associated to Hispanic countries, resulting in some non-Hispanophone nations withdrawing from the contest.
