The main newspaper is The Pakifan Observer. It is issued every day, with exceptions for certain holidays when they are given a day off. The Pakifan Observer was created in 1905 by the Pakifan government, it was sold off in 1920, and renationalized between 1941 and 1945, before being sold back upon achieving self-governing status under the compact of free association.
