Timeslip: 1959 is a Hopelandian-Lenaporean action television series produced by Mediacorp Studios and NBN Studios. The series is created by Lenaporean writer Richard Davies. The series makes extensive use of filming in Hopeland and featured an extensive crew of over 160 actors. The daily series consisted of 60 episodes divided into four story arcs with 15 episodes each.

The primary concept of the series is a time machine where the main character gets stranded and returns to 1959. He needs to return to the present day without affecting the space-time continuum.

A sequel series is currently being filmed, with some scenes in Flarland. The series will be set in 1960 or 1961.

Premise[edit | edit source]

Arc 1[edit | edit source]

Mark lives in Palmerston and Kate in Lenapore City. They both seem to be connected at the same time. One day, they both stumble on their "scientific creations", time machines. They both abuse from their respective machines and end up being at the same period in May 1959. They later find out that they're in a "backward" Lenapore City under joint Nashlandian-Michillian control and a "prosperous" Palmerston. The two must not show off their modern-day objects in order to avoid a conflict in the space-time continuum. Will they ever get back on time?
