TVGS 1
TVGS 1 is the first television channel of Television Great Scorria. It predates the current TVGS company by six years, as the television service was established by the now-defunct GSBC.
TVGS 1 acts as both a public broadcaster and a commercial broadcaster. It comprises around 40% of the ad revenue generated by TVGS alone, carefully divided in a 40/40/20 split between 1, 2 and Zone.
History[edit | edit source]
The Great Scorria Broadcasting Corporation innaugurated its nationwide television service in April 1973 through a decentralized system broadcasting by seven individual stations, each of them installed in a central transmitter capable enough to cover an entire state. KBTV-1 was the hub of the network and was where all imported programming arrived. Outside of Kimberly there were significant delays.
