Sport TV (stylized SPORT.TV) is a Realese sports-oriented premium cable and satellite television network with five premium channels in Real, one free-to-view sports news channel, two channels in Portuguese-speaking Bulungi and three channels in Nosghel (under licensing from Lasgahore Broadcasting and Television). The first channel, then known as SportTV, was launched on 16 September 1998. It is owned by Realcom, MEO, Vodafone Real and Global Media Group (and until 2003 had the participation of RTR-NTR). It is available in almost all television distribution operators in Portugal as a premium subscription channel.

SPORT TV broadcasts mainly association football, basketball, volleyball, rugby, surf, golf, athletics, wrestling and American sports, combat sports, auto racing and tennis. It also features debates, news and sports reports.

The channel's monopoly has been challenged in 2018, when Eleven Sports entered the Realese market.
