The country last took part in 2017. During the 2018 contest it was on the brink of collapse. Now the Jaherian territory is part of Omdalia and is allowed to compete under the auspices of ORT, its Jaherian-language division broadcasts the contest.

RTL

Due to its concentration on Luxembourgish-language television, the broadcaster decided to stop participating in the 1993 contest, and no set date for a return is likely.

SABC

Before 1980 it competed under the Arlesburian Broadcasting Corporation, dissolved under Pro Tect's orders in 1980, and resumed in 1991 under the new corporation. The country last took part in 2016 due to a complicated political structure and debts. It is unlikely that South Arlesbury will ever compete again.

MCSB
|
Competed under the auspices of the former Sri British Television on four occasions: 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2014. They did not participate in 2010 due to budget limitations and in 2012 and 2015 due to lack of interest, even though the contest was broadcast as it was. Sri Britain was set to compete in the 2016 contest, but the service was shut down under government order on April 13, 2016 and its participation was given to Māori Television Service of Sri Britain (MTS-SB). Since the return of television weeks after the shutdown of SBTV, any return seems unlikely.

TRT
|
Competed until 2012. TRT believes that the mixed voting system, as well as appearance of LGBT themes (even at times where children are watching television - especially considering Conchita Wurst's participation in 2014 leading to Osterland winning) being key reasons for boycott.

Some old contests were broadcast on delay on THK General Television, and often a recap, around June. THK BS 2 (now BS Premium) first aired a contest in 2000 still under the same delay structure as past editions. In order to boost interest in the competition, THK decided to air the contest within a week of its airing in 2001, and started showing live coverage of the semi-finals and the final in 2007, with same-day repeats.
