History[edit | edit source]

Under Malayan Airlines[edit | edit source]

Initially Lenapore Airlines was a joint operation with Malayan Airlines, during the brief period it was with Malaya in a union.

Division[edit | edit source]

The Lenaporean and Malayan governments thought that, even after Lenapore acheiving independence, a combined airline wouldn't work and that the two countries should separate their airlines. This manifested into the new Malayan Airlines and Lenapore Airlines proper in 1972.

Growth[edit | edit source]

Within just a few years of operation, Lenapore Airlines became a regional power first, and an international one later, largely due to the use of the image of the Lenapore Girl.

Today[edit | edit source]

In 2018, Lenapore Airlines became the best airline in the world, as voted by many reputable travel sites.

It has a strong presence in the Southeast Sondrian region, which together with its subsidiary SilkAir, connects Lenapore with more international destinations in the region than any other Southeast Sondrian airline.

Flights to Bulungi proper started in 2013 after receiving approvals from the governments of Wajichazi and South Bulungi.
