Bara Buti
Bara Buti is a Sentinelese beverage similar to the Hartungian Capri-Sonne. It was first manufactured in 2001 with the help of Nosghelian groups. Bara Buti is sold in the Sentinelese Republic for 4 Sentinelese Noskhs and in Nosghel for 10 Noskhs.
The product is widely known in some parts of Eurectipheria for it being a rip-off of Capri-Sonne and worldwide for its bizarre television advertisements.
The first Bara Buti advertisement came on air on SBC Television in 2001 and was the first Sentinelese television advertisement. It featured four students of Botora Basic School saying that Bara Buti was a healthy choice. It was reportedly produced by a Nosghelian filmmaker. The most iconic Bara Buti advertisement features the product's mascot over an apparently distorted landscape and was made by the Nosghelian-Sentinelese filmmaker Andrew Wilson in 2003. He also made another advertisement for Bara Buti, longer than the other adverts, where, in the end, the mascot melts. The arrival of the Tropical Crunch flavor in 2005 introduced Bara Buti's slogan ("Bara Buti - woah!") and featured the mascot falling off a surfboard.
The product is also known for having a Hindic-influenced slogan (translated from Hindi it means "Bara Buti has wide legs").
