Antena Latina is a Hopelandian Spanish-language television network. Founded in 1993 following the merger of six Spanish-language television networks, it is the most-watched Hispanic network.

Separate era[edit | edit source]

The freeze was lifted in 1952 and, for a country with limited broadcasting resources in the Spanish language, a call for help was needed to introduce the language to television.

Romulo Haggins, who operated the famous HWAL radio station, issued a license in October 1953.
